Putting together another knight isn't a long task, generally speaking. But there's no guarantee the assembled knight will match the image the player has in mind.

By the way, I have no idea how Reven's status application chance works. He never specifies it anywhere, probably since some ancient expeditions. So as for the chance, no clue.
