Stephania shoots the wyvern with a precise attack. (AP 1/4). The wyvern takes 80-25=55 damage (-45/200) and flees the battle.
Having lost his mount, Axel also lost any chance of victory in this fight, unable even to return fire against the archer.
Mistress Stephania Valentine wins.
In short:
-- Well... Your archery skills proved superior to mine, Mistress Stephania. You are a very talented archer for your age. Thank you for the duel.
— It was an honor to fight such an experienced and strong warrior, — Stephania saluted. — Thank you for the experience gained.
An indecent joke popped into Axel's head about what other kind of experience young Stephania could gain with a strong and experienced warrior, but he, of course, did not voice it.
Небо – мольбы не ждёт Небо – угроз не слышит Небо – ведёт особый счёт Небо – тебя найдёт
Sithx will definitely demand "gratitude" from Orwald after the tournament...
I mean, you all could have been born in Flowers...
Both hits landed solely thanks to the curse...
just random. Loka didn't win
and not thanks to the precise strike? wasted OD?
If not for the curse, the precise strike wouldn't have landed either... There was a 64% chance to hit. Without the curse, the chance would have been only 54%. In short, both precision and the curse played a role...

Yes, it seemed like a decent ability, though it didn't appear that way on the first read.
On the first read, it looked like it restored all movement points, which would have been extremely imbalanced. But even in its current form, it seemed like a useful skill, since you'll simply be gorging on them in your free time, between battles. Not to mention the synergy with skills used outside of combat, like Artist or Stealth. You can gorge on olives as much as you want and draw all over Olivus if you feel like it.
I picked the region based on vibes, and I didn't even think about learning Olive. Anyway, it'll be useless later except for the tourney, you'll see.
So far, I don't see you being useless. You won't be able to abuse Olive to the same extent — undoubtedly. But leadership skills are a thing. And the dance can play out really well, especially since its effect is guaranteed.

Round 10, Battle 1. Milord Axel Von Himmel V Milord Zedil Mox
By the end of the tournament, no one doubted the outcome of this duel...
Milord Axel Von Himmel wins.
And Miasma has already exhausted his fantasies describing such spectacles...
Go, scumbag. I fly to maximum range and shoot at him.

Let's go, scumbag. I fly to maximum range and shoot at him.
Get a grip, he's already dead.
I think he meant Candle...

At first glance, it looked like it restores all ODs
That's true.
No, you just didn't see the previous match. There were ODs there, but there were relatively few battles, and they sometimes restored to full during the story, but "sometimes" was completely random — sometimes one chapter would replace another very quickly, and people simply didn't have time to spend them. It seems to you now, with a fresh perspective, starting right from the fight, that they're just OP, but we have different memories left.
