They were. Especially with the Persian Neyri.

Basically, all the solutions that aim to improve the environment aren't very effective.

It seems that it depends not so much on the environment, but rather on the “evil” responses to the issues.

What kind of environment does it surround, and what is it like in the urban hell in which most people in the world live today?

14-Year-Old Girl Unifies Quantum Theory, General Relativity
She's done this for the third or fourth time now.
Maybe it's Jita herself; when she changes her class to Doctor, she immediately invents a quantum theory of gravity. Then she changes her class to something else and forgets about it.

Yeah, these journalists could even write that Cagliostro was a 14-year-old girl... And instead of quantum gravity theory, they'd probably write about some alchemical theory of primal beasts. They don't understand anything!

Nebka's situation is similar to that in the expansion pack in the sense that he is constantly harassed by guards who appear out of nowhere and have telepathic abilities. Your situation is also similar to that in the expansion pack in the sense that it is dangerous to walk the streets, and even the supposedly elite Altina is unable to cope with a couple of rats.

I still can't seem to achieve truly high weapon production, and the population's armament level is only around 0.5, which, no matter how you look at it, isn't one. There aren't many issues that provide suitable results... Instead, there's a bunch of nonsense about banning farting and other things; what's the point of that?

Well, in Granblue, half of the cast consists of various cooks, gardeners, surfers, or mages and martial artists who don't use weapons in the traditional sense.

Even with suitable issues, some nonsense happens. I managed to create libertarian police states more than a year ago. Then I tried two more times with new countries, but it didn't work out. Let's see what happens with the third attempt.
