Nice, congrats. I don't have enough Sighs of Dvalin for that yet - only 5 have dropped in total. But I have 9 of those damn swords, which are used on Diona and Tartaglia. I hope they'll be useful for Hu Tao too).

I have the feeling that characters somehow "stick" to the account.

For example, when I'm rolling on an event banner, two 4-star characters drop in bunches, but the third one doesn't drop at all.
Judging by the streams, the same trend applies to 5-star characters.
