Today, I played two games on XL maps with a familiar opponent who has a habit: when meeting early (slightly more than allowed by the meeting rules), he offers a draw. In the first game, I encounter him on turn 121, and I'm about to gather resources and attack. He asks: "Do you want to attack the guardians?" I click "yes," and I get a message: "draw." Okay, we start the second game. Again, we meet on turn 121, I'm planning my turn, I click to buy a unit, and I get a message: "draw." The problem, obviously, is that a fraction of a second before I click, a message appears offering a draw, which I don't have time to see and can't possibly see.

I don't know if anyone else has encountered this situation and how this mess can be fixed, but it is a mess.
