Overall, I have to say that the tastes of HW fans have clearly improved over time, especially this was evident in the vocal contest. There wasn't a single truly unsuccessful track, and overall, I should thank everyone for some new experiences and everything else. I was also pleased to learn that someone found something new and interesting in my track.

I don't really like German music, but some of the latest songs submitted were significantly better than anything haters could ever submit in any language.

I can send you some German songs that will be better than the ones you sent before.

I don't particularly enjoy conversational German, but there are quite a few great songs in that language (and I'm not just talking about Rammstein and other industrial bands).
In general, the best languages for songs (or at least some of the best) are Irish and Welsh. This is confirmed by the success of some compositions at previous festivals.
