I don't like looking at landscapes for more than a few seconds; it gets tiring. But I do like interesting and impressive locations with a sense of scale or unusual details. 1 - 7. Post-apocalyptic, hmm. I like it. But the colors are too dull. 2 - 3. Generic. And not very appealing. 3 - 4. Another generic one. 4 - 6. Also generic, but at least the colors are pleasant, and it looks more fun. 5 - 9. A little more epicness/alienness/grandeur, and it would be perfect. 6 - 4. Something sketchy, unclear, with banal colors. 7 - 8. This is more like it; it looks epic. 8 - 5. Almost like 6, but minus one point for the foreground; in fact, it's not really a landscape. 9 - this is what I call a cool landscape. Very inspiring. I chose this one from a bunch of similar options after a long time. 10 - 5. Another typical landscape. 11 - 8. Approximately the same as 7.

Judging by the themes of the content submitted to the contests, one might think that it's not me who's the depressed mapmaker, but everyone else.

Overall: too fantastical, too anime-like, too cheerful. It would have been better to have a photo contest...

It would be better to have a photo contest...

Photos of loyal wives?

Video contest: unfaithful wives
Landscape-themed. I've accumulated a decent collection of them.

Video contest for unfaithful wives

Great idea...No

it would be nice to consider ordinary landscapes as cheerful now..

Everything is better when compared. For example, compared to the view from the window.

Exactly. But I like it.

wouldn't even Vikings be cheerful if the landscapes were different there?

Exactly. But I like it.

I wouldn't complain too much either, if it weren't for the jerks who periodically enjoy life under my windows. And I won't even mention the boulevard behind the neighboring building with benches, cafes, snack bars, and hot schoolgirls.

It’s good that in our city, it’s not customary to publicly express joy.

you need to move to a village.
