Wow, you guys wrote a lot here overnight, my computer is practically glitching.
And I apologize profusely. But I didn't manage to complete this map. It's just too challenging. And online play came up. So, even though it's hard to accept, I failed the eighth stage. But the ninth stage starts today! Hooray!!!
My result should have been around 26-28 days. But what can you do now. Dmitry shocked me again. For me, 14 days is the same as completing it in three days.

My result is 10 days. The sum of primary stats is 34. Mercury is 35.

I haven't even started writing that description yet. To be honest, the results surprised me as much as everyone else. In the tactics described here, I didn't find anything in common with my playthrough, except for the obvious fact of using diplomacy. After all, I planned for 7-8 days, depending on the companions' behavior, after about an hour of scouting. Apparently, as in the 3rd stage, people showed excessive respect for the dragons, especially the rusty ones; the first group of which was killed in about 30 minutes of map generation, and the second one immediately.

Could you, while we wait for the description, upload the daily saves here as well?

The archive I sent to VDV Forever was 9 MB; maybe he'll make a summary later. For now, I'm posting the save files for the final days. We'll figure out what questions arise and what to include in the description.

Take a look at the heroes' stats (Gurnisson's). The snake creatures turned out to be quite intelligent beings.
