Regarding my own picture: I initially wanted to submit a ronin or a cute girl, but both concepts, regardless of the variations considered, seemed too obvious, so I decided to submit some kind of monster instead. I settled on tentacles and wanted something that wasn't overly anime-like but still suggestive. I chose this one. As a bonus, I like these kinds of shoes.

I thought more people would guess correctly. I wasn't entirely sure about some of the choices and kept changing them several times. As it turned out, some of the previous guesses were correct. The last picture caused the most doubt.

That's the trick. It's easier to guess from the outside than for those who have known each other for a long time and judge with bias. Besides, it's easier for them because there's -1 newbie, about whom almost nothing is known.
