According to the data we gathered in mid-November from high-ranking Rotation matches, Arcus Shadowcraft, midrange decks that include Arcus, Ghostly Manager, has the highest win rate at 59.1% and the highest usage rate at 16.2%. Since the next highest decks don't present any problems, we've decided only a change to Arcus Shadowcraft is necessary at this time.

Skull Ring's cost will be increased from 3 to 4 and the Necromancy cost will be removed from its Last Words effect.

But I haven't, and now I'm disappointed by the current state of the game :( It's sad to watch all this, especially after playing it so much...
That's a harsh blow. I don't even know how a mid-game shadow can recover after that. Even with a full set of Arcus and Gilnelize...
It's funny that the ring itself has 0 synergy with Arcus and is actually anti-synergistic with Gilnelize and Ferri, as it essentially takes up three turns on the board. That's why some deck variations don't even use it. It's just a perfect candidate for a nerf!
30 packs – 3 new cards: anime Lisa, anime Bloodcraft singer, and Greya. But also +6 old legendaries: Gilnealiz, Rayo, 2x Octris, Tia, and Exhausting Post. Probably, this is one of the most successful pack openings ever.
Also, the random guy I voted for in the winner prediction took first place. As a reward, they gave me 1 pack of each type, starting with Chronogenesis, and 1 upcoming pack.
I don't remember who I voted for, but I didn't get anything. And from the new packs, I only got one gold card. Well, and I'm far from completing the collection, I'll craft a few more legendaries and that will be enough. There's a new Grand Prix again, and I'll get some more packs from that. And I've transferred the money from Yuvan's Storeimod to the account for the new expansion, because that's enough. I think I have almost all the resources for the current one.
Finally, I used the 43 Oot tickets I had saved up. Here are the new cards I got from them:

It would have been great if they weren't trash. But as it is, I got Magnolia and animated Jiraiya.
Oh, and I also got a new Legendary with the release of the mini-expansion. Some kind of horror is happening. Luckily, I had enough decent Vial Legendaries to use. But it's still sad that not all Legendaries are useless garbage, so I have to craft them. It's scary to think what would have happened if I hadn't collected so many resources back then.
I should update the stats on the Legendaries, but I'm feeling lazy.
I got a new golem from 5 packs. Well, it'll do, considering the crazy amount of common cards I got at the start of the mini-expansion.
What do you think of the meta, if anyone's playing? I'm just grinding Grand Prix, and I still ended up in Bronze (though I don't regret it). It seems like Runes and Lions may have gotten stronger, but they still can't compare to Sylvan and Dungeon. What were they thinking when they printed the new Lilka? It's a fantastic addition to an already very strong deck.
But who really needs a nerf? I think it's Gilnelez. Or maybe Lyria, so she doesn't dominate everything. "Kectar has been terrorizing the unlimited format for two years? Let's release a neutral Kectar for the rotation!" - that's how Siggames operates.
