This isn't a viable strategy because I defeated Ramin very easily. However, I didn't just "want" to defeat her; I specifically planned it, and that's probably the key. You need to make it clear to these losers who's in charge.

And if I want any leader at all, but they don't drop, do I need to specifically want a certain one, or not want anyone at all? With 50 packs, I got 5 legendaries: 1 Star, 3 Wonders, and 1 Dawn-Night. The last set gave me my third Lindworm, so the game seems to be hinting at which faction to play.

I wanted Dashu and Ramina; they dropped. And quite quickly, too – Dashu is animated, and there are three copies of Ramina. I really want Albert, and I was buying Chronogenesis packs like crazy. But he didn't drop. I don't want any other leaders, and they didn't drop anyway.
