It's easy. The mod has archives with models. Open it, find the model, extract it, add it to your archive, and use it. But you need to know what's inside the mod and how the map editor works.

By the way, it's better to install the mod using Alcohol, as Daemon Tools might cause errors.

Just open the Iso file using any archiver and run the executable, then proceed as with a regular installation of any game or program. This works with all Iso files; no Alcohol or Daemon Tools are needed.
