I met Artem in person at CIS 2015. I remember two positive moments with him: the first was when he paid for me to choose an opponent, and I said, "Okay, then let's play against each other," and the second was when they brought him burnt bones in the dining hall and said, "Here's your kebab," and he replied, "Excuse me, I don't think there's anything I can eat here," and we took a picture of the dish and laughed...
In moments like these, you realize once again that none of us are immortal and that we need to appreciate life, loved ones, and friends even more and enjoy the good moments in life!
I read that they will be collecting money and want to hold a tournament in memory of Artem. Perhaps we can combine this and hold a tournament with a fund, and all the money collected will be given to his family or something will be gifted with signatures from friends on the forum.

Just read it. I knew him personally from the Heroes of Might and Magic Online community in 2010, and I started playing online a bit earlier. I only have positive memories of our interactions. Rest in peace, Artem.

I haven't logged in for a while, but I occasionally check the section to see what's new in the Heroes world, who's at the top, and who's, as they say, in second place. And then this happened... It's awful.

I wasn't personally acquainted with Artem, but you know, there are people you can exchange just one sentence with, just one word, and you immediately understand everything. Even though he's no longer active, I remember each of you – some were prickly, some were cool, some were diligent, and Tema, he was just… BIG, calm, kind, and loving, loving all of us. That's how I remember him. If the Heroes community has a mascot, it's definitely Kobra.

I didn’t dare write anything sober, afraid of blurting out another stupid thing. But after drinking — it’s not scary; at worst, I’ll delete it tomorrow. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to either play or chat with Cobra in person. But a couple of times he liked my reports, which was nice. Especially since, as I recently found out, he is THE ONE from those distant reports about Lord Maniac’s St. Petersburg championships in the early 2000s, which I used to devour back then (I didn’t even have internet at the time — a friend brought text files on floppy disks).

Also: recently my good Romanian friend Gee (to whom I partly owe my appearance on HeroesWorld) showed me Cobra’s VK account. At some point, Artyom insisted he register there to show him photos of Heroes players from the CIS, and Gee was his only friend there (now there’s a second one — me). It seems like a small thing, but it already characterizes Artyom as both a person and a Heroes player.

Olga, Artem's wife, is not registered on the forum, so she asked me to convey her thanks to everyone who responded and showed their support!
