Artem Boykov, also known as KobRa, has passed away.

If the situation with the CIS region doesn't become clearer in the near future, we're considering holding an offline event for 3-4 days, a cup in memory of Artem. However, if someone takes on the organization of the CIS tournament, it will still be held, but at a later date.
