But the best one was the one where the heroes fought against cat-like creatures... Hmm, that's telling in a way.
Towards the end, the logic completely fell apart.
So... What was good about it? Well, Elely is cute. The story of Ruel is not bad. The development of Evangeline's story is better than I expected; it's well-conceived. And there's also Goltard in this season; everything gets better with Goltard. And there's another interesting character who was mentioned before but wasn't properly developed; now he appears in an unusual light (spoiler: Datura, she's from the special about Ogreste). In general, okay, the motivation to watch this hasn't completely disappeared yet. But objectively, I can't rate it highly; Wakfu is getting worse and worse with each season.

Geostorm. Complete garbage, I must say. There are plenty of special effects, but everything else is weak! There are a couple of decent jokes, as well as some destruction. But the film doesn't even qualify as a disaster movie. The plot is BANAL and predictable, and the drama is out of place at times, and there's that American dominance again. Although the film teaches that people are strong only together, the world is saved (and also attempted to be destroyed) by America... Russia is briefly shown in all its glory of indifference. There isn't even a Russian flag among the flags on the station. 3 out of 10.

I watched the series a long time ago and wrote my impressions as I went, but I didn't post about the conclusion because the ending absolutely gutted me. Later, I accidentally stumbled upon the feature-length finale where everything wraps up normally, so now I can write my overall impressions.
In short, "Farscape" is a transitional link between "Star Trek" and "Lexx," though I'd say it's closer to the latter, without crossing that line where classic space opera ends and farce and mockery begin.
+ A very interesting plot, and one that captures you gradually. At first, the characters get used to each other and mess around, then things slowly start to spiral, and by the end, they deliver something that leaves you completely stunned. And the characters are great; Captain Crais, Rygel, and Scorpius deserve special mention—these guys pleasantly surprised me more than once throughout the series. In fact, all of Moya's crew, including herself, are very sweet; I liked everyone, and I don't recall any truly annoying characters. Each is vivid and charming, although — spoiler! — the attempts to replace Zaan after her death at the start of what seemed to be the third season are quite clumsy and pointless, and by the end of the third and start of the fourth seasons, there was such a shuffle with the crew that I understood absolutely nothing, and Stark is some o-o-o-o-very strange guy; I never fully understood him. Also, the series is funny; I often laughed out loud, but as I said, it doesn't devolve into farce and remains a classic space opera. The humor varies from one-cell jokes about farting to quite interesting twists. You cannot skip the feature film; it's a must-watch—the ending of the fourth season is blatantly trolling, while in the full-length movie everything falls into place, although — spoiler! — they killed D'Argo, those bastards; we shall not forget, we shall not forgive T_T, and I hoped to hear about Chiana's brother, but there was same old silence—he just keeps on tunneling. It was a mistake to leave that plotline hanging in the air, and they offed Jool too, though she's not as pitiful as D'Argo. The ending of the movie is wonderful and very touching, like. I almost forgot to mention such a pleasant detail as the different numbering system. Even if they simply equated an "arn" to an hour and a "cycle" to a year, such small things are a plus. And the auto-replacement of "fuck" with "frell" is also fine; the characters are hardened criminals and basically thugs, and through this clumsy but cool method, they were able to expressively color their speech while simultaneously passing censorship.
- I remember how much I struggled to get into it and watch the first season. The characters did stupid things for no reason and snapped at each other over any little thing; their personalities were quite blurred and one-dimensional, and their full depth only revealed itself much, much later. Also, the show isn't for the squeamish; they managed to outdo even "Lexx" here. While in Lexx all the dismemberment was shown with jokes and "buh-gaga a billion shot eaten," in Farscape we have full-on eye-gouging, live trepanation of the skull, torn-off arms, cooling cylinders in brains (along with chunks of flesh when they are removed), disgusting (in a good way) alien designs, puddles of vomit, and a helium-farting xeno for dessert. Also, some logic quirks—if everyone has translator microbes across the board, then why on earth do aliens still occasionally babble in "alien" periodically, with this only being explained a couple of times and very vaguely? I don't recall any plot holes, but I'm not a nitpicker in that regard; I only notice obvious nonsense.
= 8/10, I've seen better space operas, but this one also really hit the spot, even if not immediately. A worthy, expressive, and interesting example that pleasantly surprised me; I had almost given up hope, thinking I'd watched all the cool space operas around. In general, if you are ready to put up with the trashiness happening on screen, then I recommend it; the plot is worth it.

The Japanese did a great job. Excellent cartoon about stray cats.
