I played a couple of removal cards and another ward on top in the early turns, and that was enough to scare off the mouse enthusiast. If only he knew how awesome my hand is, haha.
By the way, I have a great combo in my hand, which has brought me victory more than once. But at this stage, I wouldn't do anything with it...
And suddenly, I started winning with Neftis and Aegis again! I don't know if the nerfs had anything to do with it, but not so long ago, I couldn't win with them. Maybe it's because I'm not facing many aggro decks in ranked right now, mostly neutral craft decks.
Considering the previous vote, the future leadership lineup looks like this to me: Sword: Sorry Albert, but it's obviously Lancer. Blood: Rider. The first great girl for crafting. Also, this medusa is better than the SoW one Rune: Daria, I don't really like Rin. Dragon: Most likely Roven will remain. Forest: Probably default Arisa will also remain - I hardly play Forest, and leaders will almost certainly be for crystals. Shadow: mech, idk; a waste of crystals on alsab, a waste of gold on cerberus. Haven: obvious Ilechka (and if it were her mom, I would have become a Haven-main and played SoW all day long, but alas :()
Total: will need 1500 crystals and 500 gold :\ And here I thought that this game could be written off in my heart
Well, actually, it's pretty good... They didn't just slap in some gaudy 3D models; you can tell they put some effort into the style and everything... I'd be willing to buy some crystals for this.
Forest. Archer seems a bit boring to me. I don't think it's the right time for a decent leader in this faction... Sword. Lancer is more interesting than any of the available leaders. Nevertheless, it's worth considering whether he's really that good. Maybe not. Rune. Well, it's better to buy Dashu here. Although Rin is better than the default Isabelle. Dragon. And who won in the Dragon faction? Aina? I already forgot. But in general, it's a difficult question, all the Dragon leaders are good in their own way. Maybe it's worth buying Saber. Or maybe spend the gold on Fortress... Blood. If I'm going to play Blood, then the rider is an excellent choice, there's nothing better. But, if I will. Shadow. Saber Alter – we take her. For a ten-star rating, and there are alternatives, but still not as good. Haven. I don't see the point in replacing Eris with anything. But in general, the new leader is more interesting than any Garuda and others.
Better than street fighter-style maps, but not as good as the native Heroes of Might and Magic maps. Except for Rune and maybe Haven, but Rune's default settings are so bad that they can't get any worse.
Scratched fleas in a sweater blog on Twitter. This has already been done.
The translation was adequate. Well, I don't know. Just some kind of own-headed craziness. Base stats are higher than vanilla, enhance is out of control. Neutralcraft will continue to stomp.
A Grimnir for every craft! Strange and complicated proc conditions, but far from him. Commandercraft incoming. Also, husbando.
Now finally everything is clear. Well... You can put more sigils in the deck without worrying that you'll clog the whole board. Another decent 1-pp sigil for grease rune, and that's a plus.
I just thought, maybe this could be synergized somehow with the fairy driver; no fool would play his gold anyway, and ideally, Arandor will nullify it too. But the problem is that the fairy driver isn't great on his own precisely because you have to work with him beforehand. Just a spellca mech, basically.
Hear the dragon memes. They're already suggesting using claw, sctone and Asteroth in company with this piece of junk. I think that's the ceiling. You'd think: ban everyone and then throw in some crazy fat ones, but it also bans a number of necessary cards without which you can't drag out the game for long. Although maybe I'm wrong.
More same-old wood to the throne. Soon Shadow will be able to be renamed to woodcraft. The art is cool.
CyGames, you again? The card is overtuned, but I don't see it in current builds yet. Too defensive for aggro; vengeance has Belphi and slow dealer (though there are cases where that's suicide), control runs a lot of crazy stuff to zero. But it might fit into control, though.
I don't know what to do with this. Especially with the 1-ping at the end. What even was that? The fanfare is ok.
And now for the scandals-intrigues-investigations.
Fanfare: Deal 1 damage to the enemy leader
You know how it is, but I strongly suspect this is a fake. But I'll post it anyway. The card isn't bad, aggro might adopt it, so we're waiting for another 3 months of aggro-neutral, especially with that 5/5 gold.
Lou, the sun spear Officer. Fanfare: random put cost 5 or less commander card from your deck to your hand. Enhance(4): and then random put cost 6 or above commander card from your deck to your hand.
Instead of a thousand words:
Andromeda Evolved: damage to your other followers become 0 until the end of turn
To go along with that guy who cuts leader damage down to 3 pp. Well, half the crafts have some crazy 2-pp gold that does crazy things upon evo. Move over, Levai, Vanka, now Shadow and Heaven have joined the club. The card is norm, but you need to time it right. Might fit in an amul-heavy version or with a lion. Hatch a bunch of bastards and cover them with Andromeda. And that's it.
Dragon singer Fanfare: selected 1 dragon card on your hand get cost -1
By the way, haven't seen a wyvern cavalryman in a long time. Do we really need version 2.0? Not sure.
devil sword of darkness Shadowcraft Ward, at the end of your turn, necromancy2: random deal 2 damage to enemy follower.
Wow. This is like "Sorry about Ektar, we won't do it again, here's another crazy card." I think this is for mid or for control different from Neftika. Fits poorly into current builds, bites into necromancy which would be better to save for other things, but looks normal.
Gunnlod Bloodcraft *Clash: *+3/+0, your leader get 2 damage if vengeance is not active.
I think it's too vanilla. Control has many cooler options. But I'm glad they are making more and more blood cards based on damage outside of vengeance; I reckon that's the right way.
Lighting lancer Runecraft Evolved: deal 3 damage to enemy follower.
Find ten differences. I'll tell you the main one. For Dragon, this card is ok in budget builds, but for Rune—it's kind of clumsy. In a neutral build, it's better to run Tina since she doesn't dilute the pool of neutral cards. Old good Levai is much better for Dishift and Dashka, and for grease too (plus she has Galim and another Levai). So it seems like powercreep, but at the same time it's neither here nor there. Except maybe in T2 it's norm.
Fanfare: random deal 1 damage to enemy follower x times, x is number of cards on your hand.
I'm crying and swearing. Forestcraft shit-tier confirmed. ***, you bitches, why?! Well ok, forest was broken in standard, good in darkness, but to so purposefully and demonstratively shit on a whole craft four packs in a row (goblin-mage doesn't count, that was a random gift from god)—that takes skill. The card is the shittiest of the shitty. They took the worst AoE in the game, attached a frail body to it, and called it a legendary. Bitch, even that guy from the moon is better. ***, scum, there aren't enough words for my hate. I hope life treats them exactly how they treat forest. What makes it worse is that at 6 pp Forest has some pretty good cards (not like Heaven, but still). BB, Erin, phasebeast (though the queen powercrept him, but the beast is cheaper and easier to reuse). Even Lila and Mahes (the latter requires 0-pp fairies, but it's better AoE than WotF). Okay. Fine. If I calm down, then this is some kind of AoE with a body. And the body can be bounced back to hand and AoE again. On an evo turn, you can evolve and finish off those not hit by the AoE (if it's one unit). This card is at least conditionally playable, unlike anomaly. It's better than angry dragon (without enhance). It might not be the absolute worst card in T2 (though forest in T2 is still ****** shit). This thing together with WotF divides pepe-sword by zero. There's almost a whole pack ahead, forest has plenty of cards left and a second legendary. Dragon just got another meme. WHY THE HELL AM I TRYING TO JUSTIFY THIS SHIT (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ Damn. Maybe I'm not being objective. Maybe I'm overreacting. Maybe in the end this turns out to be exactly what saves forest (I called Lilac shit-tier too, but she turned out to be norm). Mentally I'm even ready to craft three of them on day one. But passing this off as a legendary, and one of the title cards of the pack at that—that is beyond good and evil. Heh. Just remembered that I suggested almost the same legendary myself, just for 8 pp. Maybe it really is a norm card. But the meta has changed since then.
