The hut is quite simple to understand on your own.
First, select CaptionFileRef (the quest name; to do this, click on the text field, press the "new" button, enter the file name for the title, and type the title in the text field).
Next, select DescriptionFileRef (the same as above, but for the quest description).
Then, select Kind (the quest type).
Next, select Parameters (click "add" there, and in the field we created, enter the ID of the creature or artifact).
Then, open TargetGlance, then Target, then Coords, then cell, and enter the x and y coordinates of the creature or artifact, i.e., where it is located.
Award (there you can choose a reward for completing the quest: resources, creatures, artifacts, experience, etc.).

Good job writing that. I often create quests like this. Unfortunately, the images for rewards and quest objectives don't always display correctly in the game.
