Posts from How do you kill a summoned phoenix?
I don't think I missed anything and I don't seem to have made any mistakes!)) I only have one question regarding the effect of Banish on the Phoenix – I cannot provide any specific information about this. And, of course, if you already have huge armies, the Phoenix itself will no longer have such a fatal effect, as it will be quickly defeated.
P.S.: In the post, I meant specifically summoned Phoenixes, and not hired ones, because the latter do not "grow" with the hero's level...
P.S.S.: And also, if the war turns out to be short, you can try to deprive the enemy hero of mana for the expensive Phoenix using Imps – it's naive, but it might work, and in general, it will be very convenient to attack it with Demons with a Slaying Sword

You played as Heaven (since you had Angels), and the archers have a useful ability called "Precise Shot." With it, they ignore the defense of an enemy unit that is 1 to 3 tiles away. With a developed spellpower and the summoning perk (+4 to magic, blah blah blah...), the Phoenix will have almost 1000 HP (the formula is 300 HP + 30 * spellpower, so if the enemy has, for example, 20 magic, then his Phoenix will have 300 + 30 * 20 = 900 HP). The archers' damage is 2-8, and considering that we are playing as Heaven, you can cast Divine Might on them (it's very useful for them, as their damage range is quite large). As a result, 100 archers will take down the Phoenix with "Precise Shot" in one turn; if luck is developed, 50 will be enough – the main thing is to lure it. If it doesn't come on its own, you can teleport the archers to it, just so they have time to shoot.
You can also develop Dark Magic and cast Blindness (it seems to work on it, even though it's summoned). You can also come up with other options.

The only thing is, I'm not sure if the Phoenix needs to be on the hero's list of sworn enemies for this to work. IMHO, killing a week's worth of Phoenixes is not an easy task, as there aren't that many of them.
Snowball told about everyone, but didn't mention the Sylvan heroes and their Deadly Shot. Also, just like the Striking Sword of the Inferno lords, it guarantees killing one unit.

I know!!! You need the "Ring of Cold" spell! Even better if you get the "Enhanced Spells" ability. Basically, you need to have several magical skills. Most often, the "Ice Circle" spell appears in the mages' guild on the 4th floor.:smile44: Good luck!:smile44:
Water elementals (which you can summon) and anything that carries water will also help you. Or you can also summon a phoenix (it appears sometimes in the mages' guild on the 5th floor). With these abilities, you can easily take on the phoenix!!!:smile14: Don't believe me? I do it myself!
By splitting them into stacks, you can very effectively use this tactic.
