I believe it is correct that in our section, users should elect their own moderators.

I propose introducing a system of elections for moderators, based on the results of which the moderator team would be formed.

How this would look. We have a certain number of moderator positions. Those who want to become moderators but are not yet one, would put forward their candidacy, a vote would be held involving the candidates and those who are already moderators. Elections for moderators would be held, for example, once a year.

I consider such a rotation procedure to be more objective than the one currently in place.
