Regarding the role of Arandor. In my understanding, a Stalker is a rather strong person. There's even a game called Stalker, where the main character kills everyone. Also, if you look at the pictures of all the roles, the Stalker looks the strongest. An Assassin is a fairly strong warrior from the East. But the description fits much worse for the other roles.
Regarding the "back passage" - it was a joke. I thought you'd understand :) I even drew a laughing smiley face there.

Before writing anything further, take the time to read the description of the ND, the description of the roles, the description of the order of actions, and a couple of hundred books on logic...
