Sacred Haven of Debauchery Auto-translated

So, WhiteLizard, Shall we go?

Too scared to do it without Wikipedia? :)

I'm using a translator :D

Can't you manage without a translator?:smile04:

Look at this gem I found in Hugo's *Les Misérables*; I like him more and more.

"Some were singing, others were chatting; the voices merged into a frenzied noise. Tholomyès stopped it.
- Enough with the nonsense, and without a break! - he exclaimed. - For a brilliant conversation, you need to think about your words. An excess of improvisation needlessly exhausts the mind. An uncorked beer doesn't foam. Don't rush, gentlemen. Let's bring grandeur to our drinking, let's eat thoughtfully, let's feast slowly. There's no need to hurry. Look at spring; if it rushes, it will burn out, or rather, it will freeze. <...> Excessive zeal kills the grace and joy of communication. Don't be too eager, gentlemen.
A muffled murmur was heard.
- Tholomyès! Leave us alone, - said Blachevelle.
- Down with the tyrant! - declared Fameuil.
- Long live the tavern, tavern brew, tavern fun! - cried Listolier.
- That's what Sunday is for, - continued Fameuil.
- We are completely sober, - added Listolier."

This is just a small excerpt; unfortunately, I didn't see it in the electronic version, and I'm too lazy to retype the rest. So, doesn't this remind you of closing time at a tavern? Instead of Tholomyès, we could put Arandor; instead of Listolier, maybe Maggot; and instead of Fameuil, Ama.

What a delight! I'll try to post a link to the whole chapter now; it's just like our tavern!)

I did study Japanese, though :D

P.S. Long live the tavern, tavern brew, and tavern merriment!

...ends with death.

P.S. Al, it would be better to give the line about the tyrant to Goth, he's more suited for it.

Long live our, uh, tavern.

No, Meg, I won't go, I changed my mind :) And by the way, my Snow Maiden – Kristina – turned out better than this pathetic imitation!:D

That’s why I got banned for pornography, but Aru didn’t get banned for her signature, even though it’s hardcore porn. And this isn’t just some random private photos of girls whose parents are away and they’re bored.

And don’t tell me about all sorts of rules; this is basically a den of iniquity, and my post is completely in line with the theme.

And by the way, my Snow Maiden is named Kristina.

With a capital letter!.

Compared to this pathetic imitation!

Pathetic, you say?

Reduce the font size by three times. Otherwise, I might implement something even worse, and you'll all regret it.

[For larger images in signatures!]
Hmm, what's that avatar?

The same as in the previous post, what about it? Also, I warned you.

The same as in the previous post, right?

Are you trying to make me look like an idiot?:D As if I didn't figure it out.

No, I simply elegantly avoided answering the question.

Wow, that’s a cool signature, it’s a shame the image didn’t load for me (maybe it’s because I added your image to the “blocked content” :D).
