Dear forum members, inhabitants of the lands of heroes, and fans of Heroes 1 tournaments!

We present to you an amazing and unprecedented project: the first joint offline tournament between the two resources, HW and HP!

The goal of this tournament is not only an intriguing game between the strongest players from different portals and a team competition, which will determine the best resource and the strongest in Heroes 1, but also to involve new players in the wonderful world of Heroes 1, as well as to popularize this colorful and interesting game!

Negotiations on this matter were successfully held with Sir Maximix, and we made a joint decision on the main issues regarding the upcoming tournament:

- We will play according to the rules on HW (they are practically no different from the rules on HP, only slightly stricter), see the topic "Rules for offline tournaments + FAQ".

- The distribution of points will be as follows:
1st place - 10 points, 2nd place - 8, 3rd place - 6, 4th place - 5, 5th place - 4, 6th place - 3, 7th place - 2, and 8th place - 1 point. When registering for the tournament, each player indicates which resource they are representing.
- Standard prizes will be awarded according to the rules of each portal.
- HW will provide an additional prize, which the winner will receive in real life (an equivalent prize from HP would be welcome!).
- Judging: Maximix from HP and Kyle from HW.
- The tournament will be held from January 22nd to February 22nd.

According to the rules: 1. It absolutely doesn't matter whether you can buy an enemy hero, etc. The main thing is to quickly and peacefully come to an agreement, even if it means flipping a coin. 2. The most logical secondary criterion for victory is indeed the hero's strength. But, due to the lack of skills in the first game, it is obviously not the level or experience that reflects this, but the sum of the parameters. And this criterion does not cause long, real problems. As a third criterion, you can set the amount of any resource (since there is no market!), but not gold, so as not to bother with the minimum buyout of troops; you can not set it at all. But again, the main thing is not to start long arguments. 3. It is not worth insisting on Oracle, as this is a sensitive topic for Portal. There have been countless scandals, especially in the fourth game, that arose from attempts to legalize something that cannot be captured. Let them name their criteria for passing battles, but let it be reasonable and mathematically strict, i.e., without any "at the discretion of the organizer." P.S. I will try to play, but I will submit the application in the usual format - only when I have the final version.

The deadlines are clearly problematic... I myself will be able to participate only after the 15th... I'm getting old and weak – my liver isn't what it used to be... According to the rules, I'll accept any entries, as long as they are fair to everyone. The main thing is to extend the deadline by at least a week.
