Atlas's losses were 1 djinn, 2 swordsmen, 2 pikemen, 1 archer (140 HP)Brief battle description. Djinns pass. 2 phoenixes kill 1 archer, 2 phoenixes kill 1 djinn and die from the counterattack. Another 2 phoenixes attack djinns, but none die. The remaining phoenixes (1+1) hit swordsmen. Then swordsmen and pikemen hit the one-HP phoenixes (pikemen with luck). As a result, 2 stacks of phoenixes remain. The first stack hits swordsmen again. The second stack is killed by djinns. Good djinn morale allows attacking the last 2 phoenixes. Victory! (P.S. Later, no matter how many times I replayed it, I never managed to lose only 1 djinn, and I lost far more swordsmen and pikemen, but this basically does not affect the course of the rest of the game).Because of Kelzen's great effort to bring as much mercury as possible to the kingdom, Atlas fails to take the nomad's boots and heads toward Dimitri to transfer at least the other artifacts and army.
