FIFTH OFFLINE TOURNAMENT IN HEROES 1 "CYCLOPES ISLE"

TOURNAMENT RULES

1. To participate in the fifth offline tournament in Heroes 1 "Cyclopes Isle", you must register on our website www.heroesworld.ru, and also submit an application in this thread.

2. The tournament will be held on the Russian version of Heroes 1 from Buky. The save was generated on the Russian version 1.1.

3. The goal of the game is not to complete the map, but to develop the starting hero to the maximum possible level (exp) in 28 game days (i.e., you must save your game no later than 1 month, 4 weeks, 7 days).

4. The result will be evaluated primarily based on the highest amount of experience (exp) of the starting hero.
If several players have the same amount of experience, the best will be determined by the sum of primary skills (attack, defense, magic, knowledge) INCLUDING WORN ARTIFACTS of the starting hero; if a favorite still cannot be determined, then by the amount of mercury.

6. Send the save to the email address VDV_forever@BK.RU

The sent save must contain the tournament number (5), the participant number in the application table, the abbreviation (CI - Cyclopes Isle), and the player's nickname.

Example:

5_1_CI_VDV_forever.GM1

7. In case of suspicion of a player cheating, or other malicious intent while completing the map, it is necessary to save the game every game day, as well as before a difficult battle, and immediately after it.
In this case (detection of cheating), the player will be required to send additional saves, as well as provide a description of the gameplay, to determine whether the game was unfair or fair, to the tournament organizer.
The result of a player who played unfairly will be annulled, and their further participation in tournaments will be impossible. This will also affect their reputation, but not in a good way.

8. Discussion of the tournament during its course is PROHIBITED!!!
(Players who violate this rule will automatically be disqualified, their results will not be counted and will be annulled).

9. The tournament starts on October 6 and will last until October 31 (inclusive!) 2007. The results will be announced on November 3, 2007.

10. After you send your save, you will see in the application table that:

save accepted - in bold nickname.
save accepted - in italic and bold nickname.
save not accepted - in red and bold nickname.

Sequence of actions:

1. Download the save.

2. The downloaded save must be placed in the GAMES folder of your installed Heroes 1 on your computer.

3. Load it and start playing at any time that is convenient for you, while remembering to make daily saves.

4. After reaching the last action (after which the victory occurs), you must save again.

5. A complete description of the tournament map is encouraged (not required). If there are any, the best of them will be published in the thread: "Feats of Our Best Heroes"!

6. Send this save to the specified address (in the rules of this tournament).

7. Wait for the results to be announced.

Not a weak map. It's a bit challenging for the first heroes. That's why October will be even more fun :D

to VDV: Could you please tell me if you edited the map, or is this its original state? I mean the properties of objects, towns, heroes, etc.
