New details about creature redesigns in Heroes of Might and Magic III Remake have been revealed in the latest developer blog, alongside updated unit models and plans for further improvements.

The remake's visual direction is being refined to preserve the recognizable appearance of the original creatures while adapting them to 3D. Special attention is being given to clear silhouettes, weapon details, and the distinctive animations of the classic game.

Several units have already been revised following player feedback. Updated work-in-progress designs of the Mighty Gorgon, Efreet Sultan, Archangel, and Arch Devil have been showcased. The Gorgon, in particular, is being reworked after its earlier redesign was considered too different from the original.

Further adjustments are being made to the Black Dragon, Wight/Wraith, Lich, and Zealot. These changes will be presented in upcoming developer discussions, while a video showcasing the updated Castle faction is expected soon.

Regular development updates, gameplay videos, and opportunities for community feedback have also been promised.
