About 11.5% for the horse. Slightly higher than Ambrose's chance to crit Rezara. And Perfection had a 45% chance to survive the attack, which is certainly higher than 34%.
And 34% is still higher than 11.5%, so what? Did it work? Should we build our battle plan around that in the future? No, we shouldn't. We shouldn't build it around anything at all.
If I had fought differently, you would have rolled over me. If you had tried to bring Ambrose closer and speed him up with Yin + launch an ambush attack with Lester, the odds would have been better too. Or if Lester had ambushed Rezara.
The chance to hit the horse is higher than for everyone else. So if he had hit the horse, the battle would have ended on Friday. But RNG doesn't care about that. So any "what ifs" are possible.
If he had hit the horse, Alaria would have attacked him too, rather than healing an already dead horse. But Rezara would have easily been taken down by stealth damage — one hit would have been enough. And then the turn would have refreshed and Lester could have switched to the horse.
Yeah, with three misses he would have easily taken it down 😀

"What a useless fool she is!" – Rezara mentally exclaimed, as her obliterated ribcage finally returned to its former shape. – "These fights have been going on all day, and she still hasn't had enough! If she likes bloody battles so much, let her pay a visit to the northern border and listen to the real cries of the dying. Maybe her desire to hold tournaments will fade right away."
Furious, Rezara entered the battlefield with the simple goal of quickly getting herself killed against someone, since fighting at full strength would mean harming her own allies. Which corner she took was a matter of deep indifference to her.
Does this mean Astral isn't planning to use Ruin, and the fight can be "pulled off" without it?🤔

- Well, how much longer are they going to be in there?.. Are they still fighting or what? I prepared all this for them, and it's like time has stood still...
Having finished her last report on the recent tournament, Stefania gathered a stack of all her notes and headed to Adalard to hand them over to him, as she had promised earlier. Of course, the young woman made sure he was free for this matter.
— My lord, as promised, I have analyzed all the battles of the tournament, — this time Stefania's hands were occupied, so she did not salute. — I have written everything down in as much detail as possible. I could also offer to make a copy of these documents for Sir Yin for the library archives of Tezoth, if you deem it necessary.
- Diligence and attention to detail worthy of a knight of Guildaria! - Having reviewed the tournament battle reports, Adalard's lips gave a positive assessment. - The eyes of the Knight of Serene Bliss have no need to see this information. Keep up the good work and a brilliant future awaits you, well done!
Stefania gains +3 to all characteristics.
Global bonus: characters with Guildaria origin gain +5% to accuracy, evasion, and crit. chance against characters with origins from other regions of the kingdom of Tezoth.
the Guildarians will win anyway, they have the buff from Khatych, and overall they're the strongest faction lore-wise the only question is who'll manage to jump under their heel in time
I'm sure they'll find a way to twist the Shadow to their advantage, and there are enough resources and artifacts there to conquer the world, and more than one.
As for Tartarrus, as I understood from the short scene, he wasn't respawned with max stats after all. Well, plus Karnee needs to ally with someone — you might be able to kill lords with assassins, but without a proper continental army, someone still has to hold the lands.
