For example, every turn a "Scarlet Night" festival takes place in the royal palace, during which the residents come up with various methods of execution and torture, and the winner is whoever's idea pleases the queen most.
And how many turns are there in a month/year?

This is apparently only for NPCs. Just look at the skills. Definitely not for player characters...smile04

And how many Knight units are provided by the capital? Because it's one of a kind...

the number of Knight equals the number of domains (cities) and vassals under the direct command of the lord.

YES! YES! YES! Exterminate humanity! EXTERMINATE HUMANITY! We shall drown their cities in blood! We shall devour their flesh! We will kill them all, and we alone shall remain!

Is it just one, or is the entire Tezot (kingdom) meant here?

1 for the city itself + 1 for each vassal, i.e., 20

Being a Knight of Kanamia, one can also be a character from the Clans of Dawn, Tisia, and Sithia.
