"These girls are also kind of lame; it was a mistake to start talking to them."
-- If you keep messing around, it will become even less functional than it is now! And I'll tell you what it is when you give it back.

- Will you be our little doggy? - asked the third.
- Come on, puppy, catch the bone. If you catch it, we'll give you something to eat, - said the second.
The first one rolled her eyes.
- You'll catch some kind of infection from him, and Idiel will have to treat you later.

307 experience? How much does one experience point cost now?
Although, no, something is wrong... It should be less.

+1 Perception, +3 Agility.

Henry inhaled deeply, like a bull. All traces of his former shyness were gone, because everything, everything most important, precious, and bright in his life was at stake.
Google. Reddit. YouTube. Discord. Valiant Hearts. Duck Tales. A Sega emulator. Photos of volleyball players downloaded from the internet. This small rectangle was more important to him than life itself, because it was his life.
"Quen!"
-- I'm sorry, you probably can't hear me, and I'm very embarrassed... But I have to do this, because taking things is not nice, -- said the weasel. -- So, I apologize again.

In unison, Quen-Quen nudges the ghostly nose against the back of the elf with the smartphone, and Henry rushes to pick it up/catch it.

In sync, Quen-Quen nudges the ghostly nose against the back of the elf with a smartphone, and Henry rushes to pick it up/catch it.
The mischievous one slightly hinders the elf, and she drops the smartphone. Henry successfully picks it up.
- Oops! Okay, the dog won, - stated the second one.
- Clumsy, - commented the third.
- Let's go already, I can't stand the terrible smell of this creature.

The elves intend to walk away towards the ruins.

-- Didn't break, did it? The screen isn't cracked? My little smartphone, I'll never let you go again... Okay, let me just check... -- Henry patted his pockets, making sure nothing else was missing. If everything's still there, there's no reason to keep the elves waiting...
So, shall we continue as before?

-- Didn't break, did it? The screen isn't cracked? My little smartphone, I'll never let you out of my sight again... Wait a sec, -- Henry patted his pockets to make sure nothing else was missing. If everything's still there, there's no reason to keep the elves...
/ So, are we going back to the old routine now?/
Henry didn't find anything else missing.

Nikta and Henry returned from their scouting mission to the others, and then they all continued on their way around the lake. At the spot where Henry had been playing with the elves, Nikta discovered two more Gremlins. Continuing on, not far from the ruins, the mercenaries found two more paths leading into the forest to the south. And also two more Gremlins. The adventurers continued around the lake until they reached the town of Oridj.

And soon they reached the lakeside dock. There were about twenty boats, and only a few fishermen sitting on the shore, casting their lines and carefully watching their floats. Several children were playing nearby.

Well, at least we found the ingredients, and even have some to spare. I think we only needed six.

Nikta sniffs the air, checking if the alchemist passed by the docks.

Nikta sniffs around, checking if the alchemist passed by the docks.

With incredible effort, Nikta managed to detect the faint scent of the alchemist. It was very weak and barely noticeable, emanating from one of the fishermen.
