or did I miss some penalty?

Born as a female, who has 1 less Initiative than males.

Didn't expect this kind of plot twist, especially with Nira.

Round 9

Whatever you want, that's what you'll get.
The basic ones are just an example. If you just need role-playing elements, not mechanical ones, then that's fine. Just, you need to come up with them, either Revant (or some NPCs will offer something), or you, as students who were interested in this.
And 99% of the micromanagement should be left out of the game, either on Leviathia or with the club leaders (you or NPCs again).

I see the idea of a technology club as having details of both, but it would be better to make the mechanical elements optional, without requiring a mandatory expenditure of resources. A club bonus, such as improving equipment, would be appropriate, although we can think about it more. What could be done in such a club? Well, probably preach about reasonable mechanisms, haha. But seriously, in addition to boosting equipment and interesting conversations, you could actually do something with cameras or arrange a test of modern weapons on a mannequin, which is also relevant. You could also add the ability to level up relevant skills for something other than experience.

Off the top of my head:
Technology Club
Requirements: have an interest in technological progress
Activities:
— research of scientific discoveries,
— Competitive events in handling firearms,
— photographic events,
— creation of a technological item (for OS or relics, once),
— master classes (leveling up a technological skill for OS or relics instead of experience)
Bonus: improved equipment (?)

For the tournament, I'll exchange my cloak for a uniform; my tactic is to shoot from a pistol.

Having taken his place on the miniature arena, Tong looked Futabe in the eyes and deliberately spat on the ground.

It's possible to come up with something related to photography.

For that, you could create a separate photography club. In principle, the technology isn't that new and is already being used.

For example:
Technology Club
Requirements: an interest in technological progress
Activities:
— research of scientific discoveries,
— competitions in handling firearms,
— photographic events,
— creation of a technological item (once, for OS or Ranks),
— master classes (improving a technological skill for OS or Ranks instead of experience)
Bonus: improvement of equipment (?)

I think you could create a magical one based on a similar concept, considering that many of the ideas overlap.

Futaba's dead fish stare showed no emotion as she took her position.

/That's how it always is; when an incompetent person pretends to be something they're not, they usually don't last long.../

I confirm. The same thing happened with Rinze and Lyde.

Wiping the blood from her katana, the president stepped back into the ranks of the observers. Later, while bandaging a deep wound inflicted by this, even by her standards, small warrior's saber, she could only hope that he hadn't fallen into his own rations.

Aaaah, bandages... Now it's clear how the special ability of the Cleric class works.
