I encountered a problem: I logged in today, finished working on a map, saved it so I could continue later, and now when I log in again, it gives me this error: (The file may be corrupted, the file version is unsupported, or you are trying to load the map from outside the game installation).
Try opening the map again; it's possible that only GroundTerrain/UndergroundTerrain.bin is corrupted (this happened to me before, where the map's landscape would break, and objects would stand in mid-air instead of on the ground). To fix this, you need to create a new map with the same settings as yours, then go into its files (the path is shown below) and copy the GroundTerrain/UndergroundTerrain.bin files from it into your map (UndergroundTerrain will not be in the folder if you don't have an underground map enabled).
Another option, if that doesn't work: go to the map's files (if you have Windows 10, it should be located at (you may have a different path; it's best to go to Users and search for H5MMods): C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Nival Interactive\Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East\Editor\H5MMods, then the folder with your map's name, Maps, SingleMission/Multiplayer, and again the folder name as you named the map when creating it. Open the map.xdb file (the extension may not be displayed if you don't have the corresponding setting enabled in your computer/laptop system) and browse through it. If the file contains various objects from the map, meaning that after there is, for example, , then close the file, copy it, and paste it onto your desktop. Delete the map, then create it again, and then copy and paste the map.xdb file from your desktop into the root of the new map, and then reload the new map, and the objects you placed will appear on it. You can risk it and make a copy of the landscapes (if you've already been working on them), but again, do so at your own risk. The landscape can easily break the map.
Oh, and it's possible that the problem was caused by the fact that your map is named using the Russian keyboard layout. But I don't know for sure, because I've never named maps with Russian letters, and I haven't had this problem. The editor experts will definitely give you a definitive answer.
