One of the eastern regions of Heccelia that has maintained a semblance of order and stability despite a bloody civil war and an invasion of the former empire's territory by outside aggressors. It is part of the alliance of free cities of Heccelia, whose goal is joint cooperation between the surviving regions of Heccelia to preserve sovereignty, culture, and the inhabitants themselves. Thanks to its favorable geographical location, El Ragna is famous in this part of Visteria as a trading hub and a site for the mass extraction of various raw materials; furthermore, it has long served as the home of the aristocratic Wayling dynasty, whose banners depicting a golden dragon with emerald eyes on a dark red background now adorn the walls of this glorious city. In the past, the Waylings and their subjects were a renowned house from Marion — a land of Knight to the north— but during the war with the northerners, they took part in the expedition of the future founder Airisufir, and over time moved to Lisliar (Heccelia), where they reorganized into a mercenary organization and proved their competence and power over many years. During the civil war, it was the head of this organization and heir to the noble Marion house — Chinax Wayling — who managed to take control of the situation and avoid serious losses among the population or city infrastructure, while simultaneously using the situation and his organization's military potential to establish himself as the sole ruler of El Ragna. In an era of war and chaos, this region, insignificant in its political influence, might not have attracted much international attention if not for one fateful event: either by a fortunate coincidence or by the will of Arteria, a team of scientists under Wayling's command managed to discover a new method of processing and theoretical use of certain minerals abundant in southern Visteria. If the theorists' assumptions are correct, this discovery could spark a technological revolution and a new era in the history of Visteria. Naturally, such a claim greatly interested the international community, but due to military actions and other difficulties, only a few had time to scramble with their proposals for cooperation.
Chinax Wayling
Entrepreneur, spear master, orator, philosopher, narcissist.
Traits:
- Despot. Cannot be executed or lose their vote; their vote counts as two.
- Adventurer. Kills any character who attacks them.

Albea Wayling
Daughter of the current ruler Carrag and leader of the alliance of free cities of Heccelia. She was bound by marriage to Chinax to solidify the union. - Queen. In the event of Chinax's death, she receives a double vote.

Shendet el Isin
Descendant of an ancient house, lover of adventure, and one of the few capable of fighting Chinax on equal terms.

If attacked, reflects the attack onto another player (chosen in advance). Does not redirect players to themselves; mafia members cannot kill each other — in such a case, the kill does not occur and is not displayed in the newspaper. Cannot trigger more than three times.

- Sleight of Hand. Deprives a chosen player of the ability to use one of their Night Actions the following night. May use it the next night without knowing the effect. Cannot use Peona's concert or Nekoran's necromancy. If stealing a Night Action that occurs after their own in the initiative order, it cancels it on the same night, but can use their own actions on the target the next night.

One of the closest followers of Sharan Aganzo, the previous king of Heccelia (Lisliar) responsible for starting the civil war.

- Demonology. If Nekoran is successfully executed or killed — he sacrifices one of his puppets instead of himself.

- Necromancy. Returns one of the previously killed roles to "life," can control their actions. After Chinax's death, they also regain the ability to vote. Necromancy does not work on characters executed or banished by an exorcist. Puppets can be eliminated via: exorcism, execution, or being killed again. If successful, the action leaves evidence.
- Enhanced Necromancy. Kills a chosen player ignoring any protective mechanisms and makes them their puppet. Once per game.
