It's best to prepare for some (un)foreseen circumstance in advance.

I'm confused. Valdemar was released in the morning and went to sleep until evening, and we're supposed to meet with him in the evening?

As I understand it, it's the first night for us; for Valdemar, it's the middle of the second day. We skip the morning until he returns, and then we probably continue with our own plans.

I'm ready to role-play until Valdemar returns, and I'm going to try to find a part-time job as a bodyguard.

He spent a whole day there and then started wandering around the city, looking for someone from "Griffon," so this will be the second half of the second day. You can start role-playing this right now; decide for yourselves what and how it will happen specifically. The skip to the 19th is just to avoid time discrepancies while the group hasn't fully settled down yet.

As I understand it, we're on the night of the first day, while Valdemar is halfway through the second. We'll skip the morning until his return and then probably go about our own business.

Given this scenario, I can agree with how everyone exchanged information, including the fact that Shen learned that the only books you can read for free in Clematis are pamphlets about divine aunts (and even those are somewhat enlightening) in the church of fanatical followers. He also talked about the rocking chair and the mini-quest involving cultural enlightenment, where a group of people can go.

Okay, then skip to the meeting with him, and then go to school or go to school in the morning, and then meet with Waldemar, if that's possible.

I was already thinking they would skip it until morning and everyone would finish reading their books...

I definitely won't be reading my book... Want me to give it to you?

Valdemar was released after lunch. It's almost time for him to go.

Hmm, how can we best handle this so that the game doesn't stall and there are no misunderstandings about the timeline... Alexa doesn't seem to be available right now, so we could proceed as is, but I'd still prefer not to.

Looks like I won't be roleplaying. We can skip this.

Well, someone should randomly find Valdemar in the town or somehow meet up with him... He doesn't know where to go, etc. Bring him up to speed; maybe he'll tell you how his day went, and so on. You can, of course, resolve all this off-screen, but it's up to you.

Lock was planning to go to the Fortress tomorrow (today) during the day. I would go with him. We could meet Alex along the way.
