I would like a little more specific information about the event: do we arrive and play on the same day (or check in the day before?), what time is the departure, is there internet access, is there a list of templates, will there be additional fees from participants as prizes for the winners, etc. (I didn't find all of this in the header).

Actually, you're being unnecessarily sarcastic. With more than 8 participants, 4 rounds will be needed. Considering that the day of arrival will almost certainly be spent drinking, playing 4 rounds on full-fledged standard maps in 2 days seems extremely difficult to me.

Kostya, I don't see a better system than "lose and you're out." If you have any ideas, let me know. People will have a choice: either drink or play – and I'll make it tough. You can always give up and go have fun. Maybe I'll slightly reduce the timer.
