I would like a little more specific information about the event: do we arrive and play on the same day (or check in the day before?), what time is the departure, is there internet access, is there a list of templates, will there be additional fees from participants as prizes for the winners, etc. (I didn't find all of this in the header).
I would like to attend this event, but I will only be able to confirm my availability around the 10th of next month. If I get those days off, I will come.

The rules depend on the number of players. There is a 99% chance it will be an Olympic-style tournament. On the 1st day, 1 round is played; on the 2nd day, 2 rounds are played, and if necessary, a 3rd round (if the bracket has 16 participants); on the 3rd day, the final is played, and possibly a match for 3rd place. There will be fees – the prizes will be formed from them (the amount again depends on the number of players; I think 1-2k). The templates will be announced later; there will be nothing too extravagant.
