It seems to me that it's difficult to draw a child taller than an adult, even if there's no skill at all. Although in my case, it might be that the torso is simply small rather than tiny, and it seems that the issue isn't the height but the distance.

Too bad there’s no scanner; it looks a bit nicer on paper, and some details look better (the photo distorts the colors somewhat – like with the pupils, for example; one is barely visible, while the other turned out thicker than it actually is). This time, the eyes are crooked, but overall, it looks nicer, especially the eyelashes and wings.

As strange as it may seem, lately this osteoma (?) hasn't been bothering me, and today I decided to try and get back to work. Again. Due to another huge break, the progress on the drawing was even worse, and each step was more difficult than before. I initially got annoyed and wanted to give up, but then I decided to start over from scratch (returning to the "default" pose).
