Are the pastries still edible?

Give it a try.

Agnet checked her bag. Perhaps she had accidentally put a stone in it, and simply forgotten? To her surprise, she found several pastries in her pocket (there were no stones, of course). "I told you," she said to Zelig, and sniffed one of the pastries.

At the moment, it was hard to call it a bun; it was more like a stone. Not a precious one, but one covered in moss.

Agnet frowned and poured the precious moss into a corner of the room. "It will be a snack for the lizards."
--Zelig, by any chance, were there any clues in that pile of bones?

- In which pile of bones? Oh, in that one. There was a rusty sword in it.

We might only be able to open one door. If we can open any at all.

- In what pile of bones? Oh, in that one. There was a rusty sword in it.

-- Maybe this is the key to the door? -- the girl made a strange suggestion. -- Or it can be shoved into the keyhole to break it, -- Agnet repeated herself a little. -- Okay, I'll check, -- she actually went out and came back with the sword in her hands, trying to see if the blade was thin enough for the keyhole.

The sword wasn't too large; in reality, to place the stone inside, it was necessary to put a hand inside. However, pushing it inside the sword didn't yield any results.

- Oh... Well, try these then, - Amos pulled out an emerald and a diamond. - Just place them on the pedestal, not in the hole, to start with. Otherwise, you might not be able to get them out later.

Topaz and diamond, emerald and ruby. Do you agree?

-- So why were you silent! This is exactly what's needed! -- Agnet tried to insert the emerald and diamond into the remaining pedestals. [If the stones don't fit, she tries swapping the emerald and diamond and tries again.]

Topaz and diamond, emerald and ruby. Agreed?

And there are six of them in total, Pless. But four of them seem to be in place already, I hope they are in the right positions.

Manipulating the stones on the pedestals didn't lead to anything.

Not for display, dude. More like keys, lol.

I don't know, it was Lock who suggested it.
Agnet leaned against the stones near the door openings.

Just in case, I'll clarify that the dimensions of these HOLES are exactly such that a hand can fit through them.
