_CB_, my mistake, indeed, if you don't chop down trees in one go, but rather chop down part of them, send them to the catapult, and then finish chopping down the rest, the quest state reverts to the previous one. I'll release a fix soon.

In the latest veteran playthrough, I managed to get 17 achievements:
