The Hero's Path

In my latest Veteran playthrough, I managed to get 17 achievements:

And I found a logical error with the trees for the catapult:
No. 1 - I already gave 3 trees for building the catapult. After that, I cut down another 7. I came to pick up the catapult. I choose the third option:

No. 2 - I go back in. I choose the third option again:
, .
No. 3 - I go back in again, choose the second option, but there are no more trees:
, , .
No. 4 - If I choose the second option in No. 1, then 3 trees are taken again, and I have to wait until dawn, etc.
