1.1 On the map, no ultimatum was received for several days regarding sulfur, despite having
one sulfur mine and a storage facility (Inferno).
On other maps, everything seems to be working normally.

I forgot to mention: in the kingdom overview window, the total sulfur production is 0 per day,
while on the resource panel, the total production is 2 per day.
