Let's count the number of maps in 2016; if there are enough, we'll hold a contest.
In my humble opinion, we don't need contests for previous years, as they have already been held. Not every year, but still quite frequently. Perhaps it would make sense to choose the "best map of the era," that is, from all the years combined. But I'm not sure.
