Player rating for online battles on full maps.

I didn't understand it back then – if a bot can manage the rating, why hasn't it been doing so yet? Let it use any formula. Personally, the rating itself isn't very important to me, but since someone (a VIP) came up with this initiative, I'm all for supporting it.
