In the Tiles tab, there are tools that allow you to distort the terrain in any way and even create mountains. Then, you can apply a visual texture on top, such as a stone or moss-covered stone (as in your example), and you're done. Just don't forget to cover these mountains with a mask so that they cannot be walked on.
