To create a battle plan, you need to consider the positioning, strength of the troops, morale, luck, hero level, and magic of the opponent, not just your own. The plan changes or is adjusted after each opponent's turn (it is impossible to indicate this in advance). Otherwise, the entire tournament will be reduced to a simple attempt to guess. In it, the strongest will not win, but the one who is simply luckier in various moments. It seems to me that many things have not been fully thought out yet...
In any case, no matter how you dance around the balance, you can only test it through experience. So, radical changes and balancing can be carried out after playing the first round. I think all the shortcomings will immediately surface, and it will be clear in which direction further work is needed.
And yes, I would be glad to see you at the tournament, if, despite all the awkwardness of what has been said, you want to participate in this event =).
