Well, basically, who could have been captured? The young king of Sweden, right? "The War of the Children," and all that? Or was he even younger, born before 1682, I don't remember.
To describe this person with words, it seems we need to mention something other than his name, probably? A nickname? His profession? His position?
Why wasn't there much polyphonic singing? I thought there was polyphonic church singing; it should have come from Greek singing. Although I might be wrong... Anyway, why did it appear? Maybe they were lamenting the capture of the Swedish king?
