Did I understand correctly that any photo/image that a participant likes can be submitted?

As I understand it, there will be a beauty contest (as usual), meaning that in addition to the style of the photo/image itself, the appearance of the person in the picture will also be evaluated.

What does the last sentence mean?

It's just an inspirational word :D
