They are integrated into HDmod. For proper operation, the HWrules plugin must be enabled.
(I almost completely searched through the topic /topic/10609/ for HW_rules_1.36 – it's nowhere to be found there anymore... I'll check on my computer now, maybe I have it somewhere.)
I found h3dm1 in my files... thanks (at least there was one mirror).
That's all... I figured it out... HOTA probably never had mirrors, but SODE seems to have always had them.
