rework Necropolis and remove their Dark Energy skill (as in Heroes VI)

Dark Energy is a good skill, but it's not overpowered. The strength of Necropolis lies in its ability to convert creatures from other castles into undead; this is what makes Necropolis the strongest faction when playing with secondary towns.
