Walkthroughs for custom maps.

There's a question I have. I decided to start playing this map, but the peasants and crossbowmen won't join my army from the very beginning of the game. The message saying they want to join appears, but then either they are immediately thrown into battle, or they run away. Has anyone else encountered this?
