For example, the motivation to work for decent money and live in decent conditions, lol.

My living conditions are quite satisfactory. Working for a good salary is a good motivation, but the main thing is the question of "working where?", not what the salary is. Although, of course, if I had a family and all that, I would probably have different priorities.
Other potential motivations are temporary work, internships, and so on. And these motivations, in my opinion, are already quite interesting.

Although I wouldn't say that everything is ideal; there are problems, of course. But they are of a different nature, and in principle, as I hope, they are solvable. Although, maybe I'm an optimist.
