And 2 bears on the second are definitely "it", especially under Dessa they don't break. So the feasibility of building them is often highly questionable. All reasoning concerns medium roads. Because on fast ones, any HL can turn into Jebus Cross and there tempo plays a big role, where even a strategy through full building and a 0 trade on 121-122 won't be negative.
